Welcome to Nantcribba Barns!

According to the British Listed Buildings website these farm buildings were listed in 1998 due to them being: "a well preserved and a very good example of a model farm complex". The buildings have been listed as Grade 2.

Currently 15 barns are occupied however by the end of 2025 the remaining 8 barns will have completed conversion giving us 23 individual barns in total.

The site is managed by our own Private Limited Company.

These magnificent farm buildings were originally constructed as a "model" farm by Liverpool banker John Naylor in 1874 for rearing cattle as part of his nearby Leighton Estate.

Since the barns original construction modern agricultural practices have changed dramatically and subsequently they became redundant. Following planning permission the barns have been converted into private residential properties.
